There are eight Pearl White species in Australia three of which which may be sighted on the Dorrigo Plateau. They all closely resemble each other and care needs to be taken to correctly identify them. The other two similar species are Elodina padusa (Narrow-winged Pearl-white) and Elodina angulipennis (Southern Pearl-white).
Status Dorrigo Plateau: uncommon
