Habitat where found at Claire Cottage: Rainforest edge
Thought to be breeding at Claire Cottage: yes (March 2023)
Flight habit: Throughout the day.
First warm season sighting - Claire Cottage: 12/01/2022, 03/02/23,
Last warm season sighting - Claire Cottage: 12/01/2022, 27/03/23(2),
INTERESTING OBSERVATION 11/03/23: we sighted approx 10 adults flying around and settling on 4 of our Trema tomentosa trees today, the trees are growing close to each other. Due to the number of butterflies in situ we believe this to be at very least the second generation of Speckled Line-blues on these trees this warm season. NOTE: - we found eggs on Trema tomentosa today and will continue looking for larva.
