We have found this moth at Claire Cottage on the Dorrigo Plateau.
Distribution: Cape York Peninsula, FNQ, south to the mid-north coast of NSW to Armidale, Ebor and the Dorrigo Plateau (30°17'19"S 152°44'16"E) where we first photographed an adult in December 2017.
Sighted at Claire Cottage in December & January.

Breeding season on the Dorrigo Plateau: Adults sighted in Dec & Jan.
Breeding season in FNQ: Thought to be continuous throughout the year - adults sighted early evening in May 2017 & attracted to moth light early June 2019.
Flight habit: Nocturnal & Diurnal - Being active at both night (including early evening) & during the day.
Adult Moth: Size at rest - tip of thorax to tip of forewing: ?? - ??mm
Mature larva: length - ??mm. Colour forms in the final instar are not known.
Interesting Facts: Dec 2007 sighting feeding on Abelia flowers early morning. Jan 2015 sighting at 17.30 feeding on Buddleia, 19/12/17 sighting at 08.30am feeding on Buddleia. 24/01/18 sighting at 08.50am feeding on Buddleia.
