The Lilac Grass-skipper (Toxidia doubledayi) occurs from North Queensland to Victoria in open Eucalypt forest and sometimes on the edges of rainforest.
Flight habit: Thought to be throughout the day.

- ID uncertainty - our December 2023 photos do not assist with us deciding if we have seen Toxidia doubledayi or Toxidia reitmanni. Hence until we obtain improved photos, including underside of the hind-wings, doubt remains.
