Adult Moth: Colour ranges from brown to grey;
Size at rest - tip of thorax to tip of either forewing: 49mm; tip of forewing horizontally to tip of other forewing: ??mm
Mature larva: length - ??mm.
Colour form: Final instar: Green.
Eye Spots: None
Other distinguishing features: Pale diagonal stripes along both sides with a pale body length line above them.
Caudal Horn: Forward curving in young larva but shorter backward-curving in final instar.
Pupa: Formed under leaf litter below food plant.
